dark room squeaky tap
The staff were nice enough I suppose the rooftop bar existed so that was something.
The room was a bit of a joke it was so dark I seemed like I was in a cave the wallpaper didn't help matters. I could barely read at night and that squeaky cold tap ran out of water quickly. I swear they designed the towel hook for giants I could hardly reach it at 5'10'.

i gotta say, the location is AMAZING!!! it's super convenient. the room i got was a totally decent size. the shower was also excellent, and the water pressure was just right!!!
the hallways were too dark for my liking.

the hotel provides free water bottles whenever you want them, a great perk!!! there's also complimentary wifi throughout the entire hotel, so i could stay connected easily. it's a nice touch!!!

convenient location prime location opening window thorough service perfect service malfunctioning fan noisy climate control loud climate control understaffed desk
the location suited my needs perfectly i attended several performances nearby the lobby had a certain charm i liked. my room included a mini fridge and a window that opened i found these features very useful. the maid service was consistent and thorough i always returned to a tidy space.
i encountered some maintenance issues the bathroom exhaust fan did not function. the climate control system was quite noisy this made it hard to sleep sometimes. the front desk seemed understaffed at times phone calls went unanswered for extended periods.

helpful staff complimentary water refreshing pool
The staff was very friendly and helpful . Complimentary water bottles at the front desk were a nice touch after long walks. The rooftop pool provided a refreshing option after a hot day.
The gym could benefit from updated equipment.

The front desk staff provided excellent customer service. They answered all my questions and were always ready to assist. Housekeeping kept my room clean and well-stocked with fresh towels. The staff's kindness made a difference!!!

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Access to public transportation, including bus and subway lines, is easy. This location made exploring the area simple.

amazing stay!
rooftop bar original decor
I loved the rooftop bar. The staff was really good! the location made it easy to get around, and the staff was excellent. the original decor really stood out to me. The room was comfortable, and the bed was a perfect ten!
i noticed some wear, with paint splotches and snags in the carpet.

i was greeted with kindness and hospitality when i walked in and out of the hotel. the staff guided me to food that i wanted, and they got me in my room ahead of time. alyssa and kate were friendly and courteous.

The rooftop bar offers an really good experience with an excellent staff, which i found very nice. pjs is an excellent bar. It provides a great spot for food and drinks near the hotel. there is a bar for drinks and gossip girl themed mini sandwiches.

The hotel is in a nice area. It makes it easy to get around and explore. the subway and central park are within walking distance, which i found great! lincoln center is directly to the left when you walk out.
