the breakfast was great. there were lots of freshly prepared food options like bread, croissants, fruits, yoghurts, cereals and cooked breakfast. the room was good and clean with everything i needed. i repeat visit many times because the location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the city centre.
the check out reception was not friendly, there were no smiles. i wasn't even asked if i had a nice stay, and the girl at reception was quite miserable. i thought about not returning after that. carpets were a bit threadbare.

The room lacked a mini fridge. I really needed one to store some medication. also, the noise level was quite high. I could hear street noise throughout the night. the combination of traffic and what sounded like machinery made it hard to sleep soundly. The hotel should consider better soundproofing? it was unfortunate because the bed was comfortable otherwise.

The breakfast had excellent variety. The scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. Staff members were friendly and ready to assist with directions. I used the convenient online check-in system when I arrived. Free coffee in the morning was a NICE bonus upon departure.
I found it odd that the air conditioning would turn off by itself. It was quite disruptive during the night.

I expected high standards. the air conditioning was poor. It switched on and off by itself. also, there was no one to carry luggage. Guests must handle everything themselves. the check-in staff member was somewhat rude, as if i were staying at his own house.
