the hotel's location is excellent it is very close to stratford station and westfield shopping centre i found the breakfast to be good with many options available the staff were nice and the areas downstairs were communal i appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms.

the wifi speed was not great i had some trouble with zoom meetings

the location is great for transport links. i liked the proximity to stratford station. breakfast offered a decent range of food including both cooked items and continental options. the bar area was fun. i enjoyed the unexpected drag queen bingo.

the tv in the room didn't function properly. it frequently dropped out and turned off. there was also a persistent sewer smell present. i expected better quality for the price.

The location was excellent, only a short walk to stratford station. staff were friendly and provided a welcome drink upon arrival. Be sure to have your camera ready!!! rooms were a decent size, with a powerful shower instead of a bath.

The train line runs very close to the hotel. This made it quite noisy. complimentary ear plugs were provided, but noise persisted. temperature control in the room was difficult. it became very warm overnight, reaching 27 degrees.

I adored the building's offerings. The lounge and workspace, the pool table, and the photobooth reminded me of treasures. the team shone with kindness and support, each member radiating friendliness and warmth. the bar, a haven of comfort, sometimes buzzed with energy. Transport links were convenient. the air conditioning in the room was a marvel, i found the lighting easy to adjust and soothing, the bathroom was perfect and the towels soft.

I noticed the toilet felt a little high. My legs dangled slightly. this was the only minor discomfort .
