The reception staff handled our early check-in request smoothly. The breakfast had great choices and very good quality. The beds and pillows were amazing. The bathroom was the best hotel bathroom I've ever seen.

the staff were really nice. i appreciate THAT they gave me a complimentary drink at the bar.
i never received the £50 deposit i left. they stated they released it on checkout. i have contacted them several times with no reply. MANY reviews mention the same issue.
