the hotel provides a convenient luggage storage option if the room is not yet available (i thought it was super thoughtful). the non-smoking room i requested was indeed free of any lingering odors. the breakfast timing, starting early, allowed a relaxed start to the day. it was a great convenience to get to the gates.

the central ac unit did not get as cold as i would have liked it to.

the hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient for my early morning flight.

The room was not properly prepared for my arrival. Basic toiletries were missing, for example shower gel. the towels were thin and worn. I expect better quality from a hotel of this standard. finally, the check-in process was slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns.
