amazing breakfastyummy menueasy communicationsealed windowsdark roomnoisy landing
The breakfast was AMAZING! they had a super yummy traditional menu plus some extra fancy options. communication with the staff was easy. They even gave a quick call before. i found nice treats in my room when i got there. the rooms decoration were cool, and it had a fan which was a major win because it was so warm.
i stayed for just one night and wanted something a bit special, but the room was a little dark for my taste. the windows was also sealed shut, it felt stuffy. the landing outside had no carpet, this made the noise from other guests bit of a problem.

The breakfast was a feast. I savored every bite of the homemade granola. our room, a beautiful double room, was clean, perfect. the little touches, like the room refresh, were so thoughtful.
Our room felt a bit too small for us, a couple wanting a romantic getaway. the shower nozzle did leak a bit. It made a mess. i missed having a bin in the room. It was inconvenient.

Acceptable but Overpriced

convenient locationhigh pricelack of service
The location was convenient, with access to the city center. The room was well-decorated and generally tidy.
I felt the experience was overpriced for what it offered. I never found a reception desk despite it being a bed and breakfast (this were great. The promise of cake and milk upon arrival was not fulfilled, and later requests for them were also ignored.

Really good Stay Experience

breakfast varietyfriendly staffeasy accesscomfy bed
The breakfast offered a variety of choices. Staff members were efficient and very friendly. The location allowed easy access to the cathedral and independent shops. The room had comfortable heavy curtains and amenities I needed.
I noticed the absence of an elevator to the top floor, something guests should consider.

refined stay

friendly stafftasty breakfastwell-kept roomstreet noise
the communication regarding check-in worked well. i found the room to be nicely decorated and well maintained. the breakfast offered was tasty and copious. all the staff displayed friendly and skilled service.
i found the secondary glazing insufficient, as it didn't completely block street noise. internal noise also matched the age of the hotel. a group smoking outside the front door upon my return late at night felt off-putting.
Location
10/10
the hotel is centrally located within the city. it allows easy access to many attractions. walking to the cathedral and adjacent green grounds is convenient and enjoyable given the proximity.
Facilities
9/10
the rooms are beautifully decorated, with careful thought apparent in the design. i found the coffee machine in the room especially useful. i also had access to readily available flasks of fresh milk each day.
Dining

breakfast included several choices and looked appealing. the selection included both full english and continental options. it was prepared with local produce. the dining room was sunny and bright.

lovely decorationbest breakfastcute staffsmall roomthin wallsno lift
my room were the standard double room, and i have to say, it were decorated lovely. the breakfast were the best thing, no doubt. all the staff i met were very cute, and that matters a lot.
the room felt smaller than expected. i noticed how thin the walls are, so noise from other rooms sometimes bothered me. they have no lift, that created problems to reach my room.
