the staff changed my room immediately after i mentioned mobility issues this was helpful. i found vegetarian food in the restaurant including vegan options. they offered a discount for hotel guests at the restaurant.
i noticed the absence of a typical check-in counter on arrival. i had to ring a doorbell and was greeted by someone holding a smartphone and keys. this felt unusual.

The location is quite convenient, nice for an easy walk to the town center. A large supermarket nearby offered extra convenience. The staff were SO helpful and friendly. The Indian restaurant attached has a beautiful decor.
The check-in procedure felt a bit unusual. There isn't a traditional reception desk. I had to ring a doorbell and was met by someone holding a smartphone and keys. The hallways had fire doors every few steps, something i found unnerving. The bathroom didn't have a fan, or it wasn't working.

The location proved very convenient, placing me within easy walking distance of the city center (i could quickly grab a coffee). the staff were helpful and friendly. i particularly enjoyed the indian restaurant connected to the hotel. The food was great.
the absence of a television and iron in the room was a slight inconvenience (i needed to iron my shirt for the meeting).

i found the room clean with an ensuite bathroom. the hotel's restaurant was excellent, especially the vegetarian options! i got a discount for being a guest at the hotel. the staff were friendly. i thought it offered very good value.
the road outside was busy and noisy during the night. it was a bit difficult to sleep even with the windows closed.

Acceptable location, big noise problem
The hotel has a great location near the city center, convenient for visiting the main attractions.
I couldn't sleep properly because of the noise. The road outside was busy all night. This situation was so annoying.
