a romantic getaway

i Found the lobby a quiet spot for reflective moments, and there were kiosks to book taxis. The staff are Helpful if you need anything at all. i appreciated the restaurant being open late, offering comforting meals after a long day. i Especially liked the early check-out option at 1pm.
i noticed that the pathway to the hotel was locked, walking on the road.

Really good Stay Near Heathrow

This hotel was great. I really like ordering room service through the Bonvoy app. It was very convenient. The room felt spacious and clean. I also liked the breakfast. Carluccio's had ample space for many guests. Reception personnel were lovely and very helpful.
The parking fee came as a surprise. I was not aware of a £25 charge for 12 hours. I hope they can communicate this better in the future.

The room included great shower accessories. The space in the room was perfect and everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed sleeping in the Superior King Room after a long day of travel.

The hotel has good transport links. I noticed convenient shuttle services and bus routes close. Being near to the airport was a big plus. I was able to get to the terminals easily and quickly with no problems.

some issues marred stay

missing towelsquestionable cleanliness
I found only one set of towels in the room booked for two people, it also had a long black hair. there was also a chocolate wrapper on the floor. This raised questions about the room's cleanliness. i hoped for a better experience, but the conditions was good.

The room was well-kept and clean.
Check-in proved to be a nightmare. The receptionist spoke poor english, which caused both delays and some miscommunications. I also found multiple hairs in the room upon arrival, quite disgusting.
