convenient location friendly assistance spacious room
The location was convenient for attending an event nearby. A staff member made a significant difference during dinner service. They offered friendly assistance and created a cute atmosphere. I also found the room to be quite clean and spacious.
The signage from the airport was not very clear. It made finding my way to the hotel slightly difficult.

beer shortage disappointing experience
the room was clean. it was acceptable.
the bar was out of beer which was pretty annoying. i had expected to be able to get a drink after a long day. this really affected the experience though the location was good.

convenient metro link clean premises helpful staff
I walked easily to the airport metro link. It ran frequently. I appreciated the modern, clean premises. The breakfast offered a good start to a busy day of shopping. Staff quickly found us a table.
