amazing access to t4
direct walkway quiet rooms modern accommodations
the walkway to terminal four was so direct. quiet rooms ensure total rest. inside, the hotel looked beautiful, providing modern accommodations for travelers.
the bar service missed the mark as it was quite terrible. food quality could also use some improvement. the meal i got was mediocre at best.

empty minibar unserviceable ice machine
My stay had a few hiccups. The minibar was completely empty upon arrival. I found that odd. the ice machine on my floor was out of service during my entire stay. I would have expected these things to be checked and addressed proactively.

terminal proximity lounge access
the hotel's proximity to terminal 4 was convenient, streamlining my travel. the suite on the sixth floor included lounge access with complimentary drinks and snacks. i appreciated the immaculate suitewith a separate living area and ample space.
i noticed some water pipe noises during the night, impacting my sleep quality. the noise was persistent and made it difficult to rest fully.
