adequate stay, but parking concerns
parking situation penalty charge
the staff were consistently helpful .
The parking situation is unacceptable. I paid upon arrival, yet i received a penalty charge notice weeks later. this required me to send an e-mail for it to be rescinded.

stained bedding limited facilities
The room looked nice enough initially, but a closer inspection revealed some issues. Bedding sheets were stained. I only spotted this the next day after I had already slept in the bed. It. There was not enough tea making facilities.
