the air conditioning didn't work in my first room. staff were helpful moving me, but the parking was too far away. walking around a dark lake late at night took 10-15 mins and i didn't like that at all.

The hotel's location is fantastic. I landed in Birmingham and reached the hotel very quickly. The staff was very friendly. I found them service-oriented.

I found no general amenities nearby for snacks. This felt inconvenient. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower both seemed broken. They did not dispense anything.
