the room was modern. it was also very clean.
I was not happy about the alarm test. it happened without any warning. my partner and i were resting when the alarms suddenly went off. It startled us. i was genuinely alarmed and thought there was an actual emergency.

a romantic and stylish getaway

i found the staff friendly and professional. the room was always very clean, and it was very quiet which i appreciated. i also loved how close it was to the tube station. the breakfast service and room service were both excellent.
The hallways in the hotel were a little dark for my taste. This made it a little difficult to navigate at night though, the other ammenities make up for it
