this hotel location is really convenient to the airport. there are lots of restaurants nearby, i found this very good. the staff are helpful, and that's something i always look for.

the room size felt really small. there weren't enough space to open my luggage without blocking the door, it was a trouble. the check in process was difficult because of machine system for recover my room. also, i couldn't get an invoice and this makes me mad.

The shopping mall is just outside. I found it very convenient with different varieties. The hotel is convenient for an early flight. Staff were helpful .

The change rooms need more frequent cleaning. I saw hair everywhere and used band aids by the bath pools. The room smelled musty. I think it was coming from the ac and heat unit.

The hotel location within the airport terminal was convenient. It made access to early morning flights easy. The room was quiet, so I didn't hear any planes. I liked the 24/7 onsen.

The hotel check-in was automated using a machine, and it failed initially. Staff spent ten minutes fixing the reservation issue. I would have preferred a normal check-in process after a long journey.

Location rocks! I walked straight from customs in like, ten minutes. Kiosk check-in was super fast, so convenient and the shower pressure. It was excellent. The hotel features an attached shopping area. It connects to Haneda Terminal 3, super excellent.

The hotel entrance was kinda far from train stations, I had to walk a long time.
