i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and tasted really good. the free shuttle service to the airport ran every 30 minutes which was very convenient. the hotel also has a decent gym with enough equipment for a good workout.
it started at 10am so it did disrupt my sleep a little.

the room was very comfy and tidy with everything i needed for a short stay the bed was comfortable and i slept well the bathroom had a good shower and fresh towels. it was a very convenient space

The free airport shuttle ran every 30 minutes. I found this convenient. the breakfast had many options, and i especially liked the fresh fruit selection. the staff at reception were very friendly. They helped me quickly with my questions. i appreciate it.
The room was not very spacious for the price i paid. I have found larger rooms for less elsewhere.

The hotel provided free airport transportation to terminals 1 and 3 every half hour, made getting to my flights much easier. the rooftop swimming pool offered a relaxing area with comfortable sun loungers.

The lack of basic amenities was quite surprising. I was disappointed to find I had to pay for bottled water after consuming the complimentary bottles. the absence of facial tissues in the room was an oversight.
