excellent stay close to everything!

The suite was spacious and furnished to a high standard. i found all the facilities i needed, including a washer and dryer, very convenient. the bed was really comfortable, and the shower was great. I especially appreciated the chrome cast feature on the television. the location near mascot station made commuting easy.
during check-in, i experienced a slight delay.

the staff stored my luggage for free between stays, helpful. i received a prompt response when i requested a room on a higher floor. it was approved quickly!

The hotel had Woolworths, an Asian grocery store, many food options and a train station nearby. The room was spacious and tidy, and I received a warm welcome from the staff. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool during warm days. I had a GREAT view from my room.

The suite included a king-sized bed and a separate living area. Washing and drying facilities were available inside the room. A kitchenette had ample space with modern appliances. The layout provided comfort.

Many restaurants and cafes were located within a short walk. There was a supermarket nearby for grocery needs. This made dining convenient and accessible. I did not use the room service.

The train station was less than five minutes away by foot. This provided easy access to many destinations. The airport proximity made it easy to travel. The location was very advantageous.

Undercover parking was available, very convenient. The hotel had a pool, however I didn't use it. A gym with treadmills and stationary bikes allowed for exercise. These facilities enhanced the stay.

the location was close to the train station , , made getting around convenient.
i found the cleanliness to be lacking , particularly concerning the dust present under the bed and on furniture. there was also a towel with blood on it , which i found unacceptable.

awesome stay near the airport
onsite parkingtrain stationcomfortable bedrooftop gardens
the guest drop off area was so handy, no through traffic made arrivals easy. onsite parking meant i didn't have to search for a spot. i found a supermarket and cafes nearby, the train station was also a quick walk. the gym, pool, lounge and observation deck were nice additions.
the toilet paper roll was awkwardly placed behind, it was hard to reach
