i loved how attentive the staff was! jo at the front desk was helpful. i asked for a few tea bags, and she sent up an entire tea caddy with six different options. the building itself is gorgeous and the location is perfect for exploring.
It seemed it would not comfortably fit three or more men with luggage!

The location is amazing. Bryant park is a gem, with easy access to theaters and restaurants. everything is really within reach from here. i could walk to many attractions and found it very convenient.

the room was very spacious and well-kept. it featured dark wood, bronze accents, and hints of dusty blue in the decor. the bathroom included multiple windows and a marble shower. it was very clean.

koi is a fantastic japanese restaurant, perfect for those who want excellent dinners right in the hotel. the bar also offered a cozy atmosphere. alfonso in the speakeasy was also polite and provided great details about vodka production.

The fitness center included up-to-date equipment. It remains open 24 hours!!! The location is great. It is convenient and offers excellent views overlooking Bryant Park.
It might not comfortably fit many people with luggage.

My room was renovated and clean. The bed was very comfortable. i appreciated the spaciousness of my double room.
I wished to see decoration in the hallway but i didn't find any, and it smell of sushi, that was off-putting. I was expecting more.
