Deluxe rooms have king or queen beds with luxury linens and banquette seating, spanning approximately 360 square feet. Superior Double rooms provide two double beds within approximately 360 square feet. Loft Suites feature king beds, separate living spaces, and city views from banquette seating, covering approximately 380 square feet. City View Alcove Suites include disco soaking tubs, rainfall showers, and separate living areas with banquette seating. Penthouse East suites offer approximately 800 square feet, 14-foot ceilings, private terraces, and king-size beds, while Penthouse South suites provide approximately 1,700 square feet, solariums, disco tubs, and terraces.

Hotel Services

The Royalton New York Hotel provides services such as concierge. Babysitting is not available. The hotel offers a limited amount of air mattresses for an additional charge of $25 per night, as well as a limited amount of Pack 'n Plays available upon request for no additional cost. Ice is not available. There is a safe in the closet. The guestroom bedding is made with feather products, and hypoallergenic bedding is available upon request. We keep Q-tips, shower caps, toothpaste, deodorant, sewing kits, tampons, universal adaptors, slippers, razors and shaving cream, collar stays and electric water kettles on hand.

I appreciated the helpful staff , especially the person who assisted with calling a taxi to the airport. The location is ideal. I found it very convenient to walk to many theaters, including Broadway venues. The gym, though small, was functional. It had essential equipment for a quick workout.

the location was amazing!!! i could walk to times square and broadway so easily. my room was spacious and clean, i had a standard queen room. the staff were always friendly and ready to help, especially with directions.

The gym really needs ventilation. It smelled strongly of rubber. there wasn't coffee in the room, or even in the lobby.
