I really appreciated the hotel's central position as it was a great advantage for seeing many landmarks. i also found the cleanliness in the rooms to be a significant positive aspect. It added greatly to my comfort. i was thankful for the snack shop downstairs because it was quite useful.
i noticed that the jacuzzi tub was out of service , it was a slight inconvenience because i was looking forward to using it.

The hotel location IS amazing. The metro station IS nearby. The staff members are very polite. I also found them very helpful. I WILL be back soon. The price compared to the rest of the area IS excellent.
The toilet AND water pipes were loud. The carpet was old. There was a noticeable gap between the door and the floor AND this let in a lot of light.

I found the staff friendly. They were helpful. the hotel is very close to the park, i walked there in minutes. my room had a king bed, it felt very comfortable. daily cleaning service was consistent, it was always super clean.
there was no small fridge, i missed that. it would have been convenient for drinks. the gym was a bit basic, it lacked some equipment.

i found the location excellent near central park and fifth avenue it made sightseeing very easy the hotel's proximity to cultural landmarks was a definite advantage i appreciated the short walks to various attractions the staff was very kind. i found the comfy bed offered great support after long days of exploring the city it. luggage storage was available.
the heating system was a bit noisy during the night.

The location worked. It was close to where I needed to be.
The room was noticeably worn. The carpet had numerous stains. The curtains also had some stains on them. This gave the room a less than clean appearance, and I found this disappointing. The bathroom seemed clean though.
