I found the location convenient. Times Square and Broadway shows were within a comfortable walking distance. The room was modern and super clean! The bed and pillows felt fluffy, a good surprise. Complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning and the wine hour from 5-6 pm created a charming experience.

The restaurant lacked diverse options. More teenager-friendly choices would certainly enhance it.

this location is convenient. i enjoyed the queen beds since those are rare in this part of town. we walked to many places including times square, broadway shows, central park, and moma! subway stations nearby made it easy to get anywhere.

all the staff seemed to have a sour expression! there was no friendliness from them. it looked as if they were doing me a favor. they showed no interest in assisting anyone.
