City Club Hotel has 325-square-foot rooms with multi-line phones with voice mail and wireless internet. Rooms include one queen-size feather down bed and one ultra suede daybed. Some rooms feature city views. Bathrooms feature chocolate-marble. Street-view two-story suites feature a downstairs living room, a dining area, and a powder room, plus a spiral staircase to the master bedroom and chocolate marble master bathroom. Suites include a king-size feather down bed and 20-foot ornate original ceilings, plus a private terrace. Rooms have ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a trouser press, a dining table, and a sink. Free toiletries are provided. The staff was helpful. Rebanna at the front desk was particularly good. the door guys were also very attentive. i found the location convenient as it was close to times square.

The room i booked was supposedly a queen luxe room, but it felt more like a full-size bed. there wasn't a city view. I just saw a wall of another building. also, there were no seats in the lobby.

Convenient location. Disappointing room

I found a few issues with my room. the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. It was warped. the concierge mentioned rooms don't look like the photos online, disappointing, and it wasn't a very cute place to return to after exploring the city. i don't think i would stay here again because of that broken door and the misleading photos.
