the room was clean and updated so that met my expectations

the bed was too soft i seemed like i was sinking it hurt my back after only one night also the promised shuttle service back from the port after my cruise was not available because of a port change this left me stranded with luggage having to find my own way back to the hotel

i appreciated the rooftop pool after a long travel day it was a great way to relax. the staff at the front desk were efficient and check-in was quick. i found the breakfast staff particularly helpful each morning providing a great start to the day.

the bed was a little too soft for my preference causing some minor discomfort.
