the noise level was problematic. music from the bar went on quite late, i'm talking well past midnight. this. also, i found it difficult to get a hold of staff at certain times, especially during peak hours at the bar. inconsistent staff attention, late night noise

The room was dark. I couldn't open the windows and the air conditioning was loud. on Friday night, the music from downstairs was loud. It was constantly audible on the first floor.

the hotel's location was central. it made getting around easy. the restaurant was modern and large. the super queen bed was comfortable.
