The staff was professional.
The shower barely worked. It alternated between cold and scalding water. Adjusting the temperature was difficult, a total waste of time. This really soured my mornings.

I found the staff very helpful and courteous. they went out of their way . i was also pleased that when i arrived in my room, there was a present of cans of iron brew and tunnock wafers. It was a lovely gesture. i REALLY appreciated that extra touch.
the breakfast options could have been better. i would have liked to see more variety.

Satisfactory Stay NEAR City Attractions

I found the location convenient, especially with my appointment at Gartnavel hospital. Breakfast offered a delicious, freshly prepared experience. Dinner featured a tasty soup, but a broader menu would improve the experience. The staff demonstrated friendliness and were always ready to help with requests.
The carpet showed signs of wear, and the plaster had a few minor blemishes, overall it was an OKAY hotel. The bedroom door was a bit sticky.

The hotel provides ample parking spaces, and this is convenient, as I had rented a vehicle, ALSO. The availability of an iron and ironing board in the room was especially useful for quickly addressing wrinkled clothes.

The hotel's nearness to the train station allows easy access to other parts. While it's not centrally located, the proximity to key transit options makes it easy to reach various destinations and other locations. It was GREAT.

The breakfast buffet presented PLENTY of options, encompassing both British and continental choices. Fresh coffee came directly from a machine, grinding beans for each individual cup. Staff willingly provided additional items upon request.

Really good Service and Comfortable Room

I found the reception staff very friendly and helpful. They were eager to assist with any questions. The room was clean when I arrived. I enjoyed the room size. It felt spacious and cute. The bed was AMAZING!!! I slept like a baby.
I noticed the shower temperature was difficult to regulate, resulting in either very hot or cold water. The shower fixture also proved tricky to turn off completely. I found this very inconvenient after a long day.

Repeat Visit, Still Impressed!

The staff are courteous and helpful. They really went the extra mile. I arrived to find cans of Iron Brew and Tunnock's wafers in my room, a lovely surprise. There was also fresh water and pastries available in the hotel foyer. I appreciated this extra touch.
The hotel needs some updates, especially in the bathroom. The shower had inconsistent temperatures and the carpet seemed worn. it was quite noisy, as I could hear a lot of noise from the other rooms and hallway.
