confusing signagebroken heater

i was annoyed the room was so noisy. i could clearly hear street noise all night, even with the window closed improperly. the heater didn't work was nice. also , i found parking confusing and ended up with a fine because the signage wasn't clear, even though i paid for parking.

The room was quite cold even after turning up the heating. The bed moved around whenever I shifted because it was on wheels. I found the curtains crushed and dirty. This was not ideal.

A Charming Stay Near the Action!

I had a VERY clean room. Fresh towels looked daily. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions and requests. The breakfast selection was BEAUTIFUL, with a good variety of hot and cold items. I liked that parking was available, though I didn't personally need it.

The menu was slightly basic, however it was still delicious.

The hotel's proximity to the ovo arena proved wonderfully convenient. Walking from central station was effortless, about a mile. I found ample free parking available, a plus.

the staff were so lovely and accommodating to all my needs. the hotel is literally next door to the venue, this was very convenient. there was decent public transport into the centre and it's located near shops and restaurants.

The wardrobe was very small. It had a poor design.

The hotel provides parking. The rooms feature complimentary teas and coffees. My room was equipped with a tv that offered a few channels. The beds felt very comfy and tidy. I found the check-in process quick. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere.
