spacious room helpful staff
the room was spacious (it was a beautiful double room). breakfast included a wide selection of items. the staff were helpful during check-in and check-out.
I found the temperature in the bathroom difficult to regulate. It fluctuated between comfortable and hot.

minor issues during stay
late opening broken tv
the room was acceptably clean.
The bar was supposed to open at 3 pm but it did not open until 5 pm. the bartender seemed overworked (presumably due to staffing issues). the tv in my room did not work. The bartender fixed it initially, but it stopped working again, and no one addressed it after i reported it to reception.

perfect location cooked breakfast
The location proved perfect for exploring (especially the Botanic Gardens across the street). I appreciated the convenient car parking facilities. The staff was helpful and accommodating to my needs. The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed the cooked options.
