Fantastic Stay Near OVO Hydro

The location was very handy for the OVO Hydro concert venue. I easily used local buses to reach the town center using the FirstBus application. Our family room provided generous space and free WiFi. The staff offered friendly service and breakfast was delicious
The shower had weak water pressure. The beautiful room didn't seem significantly better than a standard room. There was no air conditioning in the room I stayed in. The glass door and panel to the bathroom reduced privacy.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
drain slopeunsafe evacuation
The bathroom design was not ideal the shower caused flooding because the drain slope was insufficient. Hotel staff suggested placing towels on the floor to contain the water, a poor solution. Also a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night there was extreme chaos with no staff available to support guests. The evacuation was unsafe, proceeding out the back of the hotel in darkness, unlit.

One staff member displayed a disappointing attitude. The carpets in the room had large stains. The curtains had brown marks. The chair had some dirty stains. These issues are unacceptable.

Great Stay Near Hydro

The location was ideal to visit the Hydro. It only required crossing the road. The staff was friendly, and tried to book a restaurant nearby. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. They had lovely lush towels and toiletries.
The hotel looked like it was under a lot of work. The outside wall had panels that were missing and replaced with plywood. The staircase was bare concrete with no carpets. The floor had old stains.

The staff was helpful with requests. I had no problems . The hotel provided prompt assistance when needed, which I found excellent. Their dedication enhanced the overall experience.

the room had a fridge. it was definitely a hotel i will return to. the hotel was super clean clean. the bed provided a comfortable sleep.
the restaurant was understaffed and i waited a long time for service. the drinks offering was poor, none of our first choices were available. there were no bottles of wine available at all.
