amazing stay near the arch
lovely location helpful staff super clean room complimentary drinks
The hotel location was lovely. the staff was very helpful. They assisted with directions and recommendations. i found the room super clean and well-kept. the complimentary drinks in the fridge were a great touch. I especially liked the beer and water.
the elevator could be a little slow during peak hours.

The breakfast included a variety of options and was delivered to the table promptly. the lobby bar served great snacks and drinks. The bartender was attentive. the food was amazing!!!

The hotel is centrally located near the main tourist attractions and is within walking distance of major sites. access to public transportation is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are nearby. the waterfront views are fine.

Acceptable Location, Room Issues
loose door confusing switches
The hotel is centrally located. This made accessing attractions quite easy.
The room was small. A sliding glass bathroom door was loose and offered NO privacy at all, a VERY awkward situation. I also found the electrical switches confusing to use.

tiny room glass wall
the location was acceptable, near many shops and places for eat.
I was disappointed. the room was tiny with zero closet space. the toilet even had a glass wall, something i did not appreciate because it provided no privacy at all. also, the noise from the street went on almost all night. This made sleeping difficult.

loose door overpriced breakfast
the room was modern and quite clean.
My corner room was smaller than i anticipated even though i paid extra for it. the sliding glass bathroom door felt loose and gave little privacy. The electrical switches were not intuitive to use. breakfast wasn't included and added to the feeling the hotel was overpriced.

excellent stay
comfortable bed usb ports
the location was excellent and near many attractions. the room had a comfortable bed, i slept well. the staff addressed my concerns promptly. the suite had usb ports, so i did not need to use an adapter.
the minibar was not replenished once . this was inconvenient when i wanted a quick drink.

The hotel is very close to commerce square and the primary shopping and tourist areas. Everything is within easy reach. this location made exploring easy and i found the area convenient. it is a great spot to be!
