central gem!
central location attentive staff fresh pastries
The location was unbeatable! i was right next to rossio square (it made exploring so easy!). the staff were genuinely kind and attentive. They always greeted me with a smile. the breakfast had fresh pastries (i especially loved the croissants!).

great location helpful staff clean room free coffee
the location was great for seeing everything. the staff was very helpful, they had ironing board ready after check-in. the room was super clean and breakfast was nice with good variety. i thought the coffee and tea available all day was a nice touch.
the rooms are smaller than appear in pictures and this made it difficult to move around with luggage.

convenient location cute staff comfortable bed
The location provided easy access to transport links. Cute staff offered constant assistance. I found the bed very comfortable. Breakfast had a delicious buffet selection.
The square outside was noisy, especially late at night.

Coffee, tea, and cakes were available throughout the day . The hotel included a fun elevator feature. This measured weight as a quirky touch. I definitely enjoyed those extra perks.

charmed stay at this gem
fresh selection nespresso machine
staff greeted you with smiles from arrival to departure. breakfast had a fresh selection and they topped up refreshments promptly. i also liked the nespresso machine available throughout the day with biscuits and cake in the afternoon.
the window sound isolation was too poor. loud talking and music can be heard clearly outside down the window, even at 3 am. if you wanted a quiet rest, be cautious.

the rooms are beautifully decorated and included very comfortable beds. i found the room very clean and the cleaner cleaned it every day to an really good standard. every day, the room always smelt very clean.

the staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish, they had big smiles. i was surprised with a bottle of red wine, chocolate and a handwritten birthday message. staff instantly acknowledged my fiancé and wished him a happy birthday.
