The staff showed true kindness. Everyone offered genuine assistance. i found fresh, delicious food at the brunch. The variety pleased every palate. i benefited from the hotel's convenient location. Many restaurants and shops were nearby. the provided amenities were quite comfortable and easy to love.
my only slight issue was the beds felt a little older with grooves.

The breakfast buffet presents many options. Attentive staff ensure everything is fresh. i noticed a wide selection of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes available. The coffee machine also delivers various specialty drinks.

The superior double room included a modern bathroom. The shower had good water pressure. a frosted glass wall allowed for bright light, what seemed like a thoughtful touch. i found the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning was efficient.

The hotel enjoys easy access to many attractions. A metro station stands nearby. several designer shops line the street, what gave a sense of luxury. i noticed the airport is also about a 15-minute drive away.

The front desk staff was professional and helpful! i received great guidance on navigating the surrounding area. the hotel offered filtered water instead of bottled water. This aligns with sustainable development. the pool was lovely. It was nice after a day of sightseeing.
The bathroom sink faucet was too close to the back of the sink basin. This made washing hands awkward.

The breakfast had a lot of choices and variety. All the staff was helpful and polite. the hotel bar was comfortable and had a good selection of snacks with excellent food, i enjoyed it every day.

My room was of good size with comfortable facilities and was well maintained every day. I slept well. there was a tv with mirroring, so you could watch your streaming services from your phone on the tv.

The staff was always pleasant, professional, and helpful. I would stay here again. when our bed was really firm, the front desk staff installed a pillow top cover themselves. That's great service.

The hotel location is a major strength. It has access to public transport. the spa facility and pool were very nice! the gym was well-equipped, and the indoor and outdoor pool are hard to find in that area.
