Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

poor variety unmopped floor

The breakfast setup was not great. The variety was lacking. The same food was offered each day. I also found that our room was not cleaned well (I stayed for 3 nights). The bathroom floor reminded me of it had not been mopped at all.

attentive staff ideal location diverse breakfast quiet room

The front desk staff worked hard to meet our needs. I found the location ideal with easy access to shopping areas and parks. Breakfast had diverse food options. I also enjoyed drinks at the bar. The room was very quiet and very clean.

Acceptable But Flawed

The staff were attentive, nice.

The room key failed on arrival (how annoying!) so I had to go back to reception for a replacement. The room overall looked somewhat outdated.

Underwhelming stay. Issues abound

The keys didn't work upon arrival. i got new keys and a new room number, only to find the room occupied. the third set of keys worked, but the room was much worse. the bathwater was brown. I was told nothing could be done about it. the ramp to the garage was narrow. it felt unsafe.

the hotel's central location was very convenient. i found the value for money excellent. i also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. the room was clean and well-kept.

the breakfast area felt small, and sometimes there was a short wait for a table.

the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guest use. the indoor pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section to relax near the pool after swimming.

helpful staff metro proximity breakfast buffet broken air conditioning self-service beverages table spacing

the staff was kind. i recommend the hotel as it is near the metro. various restaurants are nearby too. breakfast was beautiful. it was a full buffet choice.

the air conditioning in the room did not work. i changed rooms but had to open the windows. there was no waiter service for tea and coffee. you get it from a machine. the tables were too close together. i could hear other guests.
