breakfast charge poor service
the location had several decent restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The lack of clear communication regarding breakfast costs was frustrating. i was charged for my three-year-old daughter's breakfast, despite being initially told she wouldn't be. additionally, requesting cutlery for food brought from outside was impossible. The hotel only offered disposable spoons.

The location is very convenient. It allows for walking to Baixa. Time Out Market is just down the road. Many good restaurants are nearby. The family room suited our needs perfectly. My kids enjoyed the tiered pool. It was not too deep for them.

charmed by my family room stay

i really liked the family room. the bunk beds were a massive hit with the kids. the hotel design appealed to us. the rooftop bar was quirky and views were gorgeous.
hot drink facilities were on the landing. it was necessary to visit another floor to get milk.

great vibe delicious breakfast friendly staff
I had such a WONDERFUL stay. The building and rooms feature a unique look. Everything felt eco-friendly. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I loved the view from the deck. The upstairs pool was fun.

the room design was excellent. the beds were very comfortable. i liked that the facilities were of high quality and clean.
The lack of a tv in the room was disappointing. the pillows were short and square. the elevators smelled bad. It was likely due to the carpet.
