The breakfast met my expectations, with sufficient options.
I found the noise levels unacceptable. Street noise was quite loud during the first night, preventing restful sleep. A different room was smaller. The design felt less practical.

A Charming and Relaxing Experience!
charming design automatic curtains comfortable pillows
The interior room design was charming. It felt recently renovated. Light and air filled the space. I found the automatic curtains overlapped daylight fully. Bed and pillows provided much comfort, especially with two pillows provided for each person.
The location was noisy. It was situated in a run-down area. The coffee machine did not provide coffee of an expected standard. The breakfast options seemed not up to the hotel's price.

Staff demonstrated really good kindness and helpfulness, especially Rita. The team's dedication to guest satisfaction created a cute atmosphere, and their professional demeanor, which I appreciate. Such service is invaluable.

The hotel's location offers unparalleled convenience. It is less than a minute away from the metro station. This proximity makes accessing areas around the city simple. This allowed easy exploration of various sites and attractions.

Rooms feature modern, chic interiors. Rooms also include amazing facilities. These facilities elevated the stay to one of true luxury. It was an amazing hotel. There was attention to detail and design!!!

modern amenities and central location
great sockets free minibar comfortable bed
i found the hotel very modern. it has great charging sockets everywhere in the room. the free minibar in the room was great too and it was refilled everyday. the bed was super comfortable and i appreciated the room decor.
the restaurant seemed run separately from the hotel. breakfast had very poor quality food with plastic cold meat and terrible coffee. there was no lounge to sit and chat so i felt confined.

the hotel benefits from a location near cafes and a local shop. the centre is within a walkable distance, and the metro is very close. tram 28 stops right next to the hotel, which i found helpful.

my double room was beautiful. the team placed considerable thought into the room's decoration and i found it super clean. the room also included a muslim shower in the toilet, which i found useful.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Drawbacks
quality food attentive staff small minibar limited space
the breakfast selection had good quality food. the staff was attentive and looked for gluten-free alternatives for my wife. the reception staff and front of house staff were very friendly. they were approachable and helpful.
There was no closet space so i could not keep my clothes anywhere. i had to use the top of the bed frame to keep things. the mini bar had only two bottles of coke and a juice. there was no water provided to us on the first night. I had to ask for it.
