The staff was cute from arrival. The food was fresh and of great quality. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. It was a great bonus (it even had a shallow end for kids). The location is very convenient with a tram stop nearby.

The receptionist provided a very warm welcome and upgraded my room upon my arrival. I appreciated that. i stayed in a beach-themed room. It was furnished to a high standard. the bed provided really good comfort. It greatly contributed to my rest.
The hotel allowed the music at the wedding reception to become loud late at night. The loud beats from the drums and bass transmitted through the walls to the floors above.

The restaurant staff were fantastic. They looked after everyone. the menu had great choices. The chefs discussed my food every day and made me special things. nothing was too much trouble. I cannot thank them enough.

The food was amazing!!! there was plenty of choice for both breakfast and dinner. i found the rooms immaculate. the staff were very friendly and efficient. It.
i parked across the road. it cost £7 per night, and the hotel does not have a car park. the music from the ballroom was too loud in my room. my room was also uncomfortably hot.
