Comfortable Stay Near Wildlife

the family room was suitable with a double bed and bunk beds. i found a fridge in the room, a definite plus. the room included lovely lighting and large viewing windows. i would consider a return visit.

i noticed children jumping above our room making it difficult to sleep. this was especially challenging with a young child. i could also hear people walking in the corridor.

the room included a sectioned-off area for children with tv, fridge, kettle, and hairdryer. the bathroom was gorgeous. windows overlooked the park area providing nice views. a communal kitchen area was available with a microwave and other amenities.

i enjoyed walking around the wildlife park and seeing the animals at play it was relaxing. plenty of seating was available around the park for resting and observing the animals. i found the room well set out and the bed very comfortable also i was pleased with the large shower. there were many shops to browse after visiting the park.

i could hear every footstep from the room above since the rooms have no carpets. the food was average considering the price i paid this was like poor value. it feels basic so it was not very satisfactory.

the breakfast offered many options and guests can view various animals from the park side for photo opportunities. evolution restaurant and coffee shop provide other options. the restaurant is located immediately next to the hotel.

the room with a balcony was very nice. it had a lovely view of the inner courtyard. i thought the balcony added a great feature to the room. the price was good considering the facilities provided.

The only seat was a bean bag. There was no chair. it was not ideal.

dusty roomdistant reception

the room looked clean at first glance, but dust was everywhere. i suspect the cleaning crew skipped a few spots. also, finding the reception was like participating in an easter egg hunt since its location is far from the hotel. no offer of help with my luggage, so i pushed a trolley on gravel paths.

The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The staff at reception was helpful upon check in and check out. I have previously stayed at the hotel so I knew what to expect.

Our room was too hot upon arrival. It was not possible to open a window. The air con seemed to be the only option for cooling.
