i find the staff was very friendly and helpful with all the parking options. i like that they didn't push me to use the apartments car park. there are plenty of eating options with a restaurant right next door. also, the tram stop is practically right across the road, what a bonus!
the room could use a better clean to remove a bit of hair i found.

the hotel is part way in the middle of the golden mile, thats great. there is a nice bar where you can sit. you also look out to the sea, thats so relaxing.

the room has a hairdryer, an iron, and a fan. i love all of this. there is a shelfing unit downstairs in the hall. its just outside reception, how convenient. you find extra toiletries there.

the location was excellent , it was central to many attractions. the bar area had lovely interior decor , it felt modern and cute. on-site parking was affordable , providing great convenience.
the walls were thin , so noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable.

The room was lovely and large! The bedding was fresh, clean, and of great quality. I found tea and coffee readily available, a bonus. I also really liked the big shower. It was AMAZING!!!
The walls were very thin. I stayed in a twin singles room and could hear everything from the pool table. As the bar backs onto the bedroom, I could hear bottles and glasses until closing.

The family room offered AMAZING sea views. The room included two comfortable double beds and single bunk beds. I found a well-stocked shelving unit with extra toiletries just outside reception.
The entrance space was small and quite dark.

The lounge and bar area looked beautiful and included a pool table for entertainment.. The high ceilings throughout the building created a feeling of open space. A vending machine provided easy access to snacks and drinks.

The staff provided friendly, helpful assistance with parking options. I appreciated their willingness to offer solutions without pushing the apartment's car park. This made managing our vehicle easier.

The hotel's location was perfect. I appreciated the convenience of having reasonably priced parking just behind the building. I enjoyed having a drink in the bar area. It felt very cute. The vending machine provided a nice selection of snacks.
The bathroom flooring had a noticeable smell, and while not overwhelming, it was a little bothersome.
