the room assigned was a superior room balcony. it featured a nice seating area and a functional desk. i used the provided iron and ironing board for garment care and found them very practical. fresh bottled water was supplied daily, i appreciated that.

the bathroom amenities were somewhat limited. though they met basic needs, i wished for a wider selection.

The hotel offered a free shuttle bus to the Mall. The rooms were very spacious and the housekeeper was lovely. The restaurant was very nice.. massage facilities were also great.

The room wasn't hoovered daily. Also coffee sachets weren't replaced every day. Hot water wasn't hot. The wait for room service was long.
