helpful staff good location basement parking smoke smell bad wifi warm air conditioning
the housekeeping staff was very helpful. i appreciate rabby and his supervisor hemraj, they are very attentive. the location is good too. basement parking is present.
the lobby smells of smoke when i enter. the wifi is very bad. my room was on the 7th floor and wifi was not accessible. the air conditioning was very warm even though the panel showed 18 degrees.

cooperative person good room convenient location
I found the location very convenient. Mina bazaar and gold souk were nearby. Showkat provided AMAZING room service. He was VERY cooperative. The room cleaning was good too. Showkat is a nice person.
The hotel had loud music ALL night.

clean room helpful staff
I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. It was noticeably well kept. the staff were also very helpful throughout my stay. kibria stood out. He was both polite and pleasant to interact with. the ac in my room functioned perfectly, this ensured a comfortable environment. the room service provided was prompt.
the bed was perhaps slightly smaller than i expected.
