customer service was lacking. i checked into a room with a bad scent and broken ac. they didn't allow a late check out, even though most 5-star hotels do, i found this quite inflexible.

I found the location to be very convenient for accessing the beach. The room size was generous, offering ample space. The hotel ensured excellent cleanliness throughout my stay. The proximity to the beach and restaurants made everything so accessible (what a relief!).

The gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes, awesome for diverse workout routines. The pool area has twenty loungers plus a shaded area, providing comfort and sun protection. There's also a dedicated kids' pool available.

Breakfast at Cafe Nikki featured a wide selection, offering both local and international options. The brunch service included live cooking stations. I especially loved the pancakes! I enjoyed the quality of the food.
