I stayed for four nights. i got a fruit basket, cake and wine complimentary as a lovely gesture. the breakfast each morning at salt & pepper had lots of choice. A fresh egg station was available. i ate twice at the gusto italian restaurant, the steak was cooked perfectly!
after 3:30 pm, there's no food available on the all inclusive package until 6:30 pm. it would have been nice to have some nibbles available between this time, though

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to kite beach, it leaves daily at 11 am and returns at 4:30 pm. the journey was about 20 minutes. This was really helpful for a beach day.

The rooms are large with comfortable beds and pillows. the bathrooms had ample space, everything was super clean! i had daily cleaning. Water, coffee, and tea were provided with compliments.

the hotel has a pool bar which is very good. the pool is not big, but it was easy to find sunbeds and an umbrella. there is even a starbucks in the lobby of the hotel, what a treat!

The room was cleaned every day. The staff at the reception was helpful all the time! An ATM machine at the hotel simplified things if I needed to withdraw cash.
The all-inclusive package was disappointing, I think. The drink selection needs improvement. Morgan's on an evening allows smoking, and it is very difficult to avoid. This stinks!

there was no food available on the all inclusive package between 15:30 and 18:30. snacks would have been nice.

after 15:30, i noticed there was no food available on the all inclusive package until 18:30.

The room was cleaned every day, maintaining a high standard. I found the staff at the reception consistently helpful and responsive. I also appreciated the convenience of having an ATM available directly within the hotel, so I could easily access cash when needed.
The hotel taxi service increased the quoted price by 35% during the journey. I felt I had no choice but to pay this inflated amount

Staff members were courteous, I noticed they always went out of their way to help. The reception staff, especially Diaa and Najma, are very accommodating. They solved several requests. Noura provided attentive service and showed great professionalism.

The location is close to the airport, I was able to get to my flight on time. It's about 25 minutes driving from the city centre. The hotel is located near the Gold and Spice market. I could walk there.
