The swimming pool was super clean and inviting. My room had a very good size (this was important for me). I appreciated the underground parking. It felt very secure.

the pool area was quite well maintained. ravi kept it very clean. the reception staff were very polite and nice? sabrina and arpita stood out. our room was cozy and clean.

the carpet in the room had stains. the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. i think some guests smoked in the shower cubicles. the rooms were never cleaned well.

the staff was AMAZING! the gentlemen who took care of our luggage were great guides. they gave great tips for exploring and i really appreciated it. the room was large and cleaned every day, so nice after long days.

the furniture was old in my room. the mattress was worn out! it was really uncomfortable to sleep on it. the toilet wasn't very clean. i noticed dust.

the staff was helpful they quickly addressed my requests water and toiletries were replenished regularly the rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape from the heat. the hotel provides a free shuttle service to popular destinations the shuttle made exploring convenient. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness the room was always tidy and well kept. the room had a shower and a tub this was a nice feature.

the lobby had a noticeable smoke smell this was unpleasant upon arrival the gym was small it lacked sufficient equipment. the hotel is located far from major attractions transportation is necessary.

I was thrilled with the spacious Superior Double Room! A nice work desk helped me stay productive (so convenient!). The reception team was always helpful and polite. They were eager to assist with any questions I had. The power shower was a great way to refresh after a long day.

The hotel's distance from the metro and the beach required reliance on the shuttle bus. I would have preferred to go at my own pace by walking or taking a taxi.

loud nightclubstale smell

i was not happy about the noise at the hotel. the nightclub went on until 3 am every night, it made sleep difficult. also, there was a strong, stale smell in the room, this. it made my allergies worse.
