terminal two triumphs!

I loved the early check in because it helped me a ton. the staff was very professional and showed me exactly where everything was! i appreciated having a room on the same floor as my friends. It was super convenient for our group. the location near terminal two made catching my early flight smooth as silk!
the minibar was empty, only a minor inconvenience. nothing else really bothered me, so it was a very solid experience!

the location proved very convenient for catching a morning flight i found it took only ten minutes from hotel checkout to reach post-security in terminal two the front desk staff were efficient the room was clean
the absence of complimentary water in the room did surprise me considering the amount i spent it was like a minor oversight

The hotel is conveniently located near Terminal 3 departures. I found the room to be comfortable and clean. I also appreciated the usual Hilton facilities.
The room felt quite basic. There were limited food options available midday. I also found the service at the first floor bar to be painfully slow.

The staff was helpful at check-in. They allowed us to store our luggage at reception before our flight. The restaurant and bar had a nice ambience and very good staff service.
I was charged an extra 'holding fee' per room upon arrival, even though I paid the full amount for the rooms. This holding fee has not been refunded yet. The minibar in the room was empty, so I wondered what the purpose of the charge was. No hairdryer was available in the bathroom.
