The hotel has very easy access from the airport terminal and clear signage guides you. The reception area was bright and clean. My room was also super quiet and provided a quiet setting. I found good value in my meal and the staff were very friendly.

The wine tower bar service could use some improvement, as it was quite popular and sometimes slow.

The hotel stay happened near the airport. I walked only five minutes. Breakfast was good too. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs and bacon.

My room smelled smoke. I asked for a nonsmoking room, I think they gave me the wrong one. The gym required a key card, but the front desk forgot to give me one. I had to go back downstairs.

the lobby entrance looks fine. the bar is spacious and quite beautiful. it is quiet inside considering its airport location. i did not hear any planes.

the room was not thoroughly cleaned. the corners were dusty and the carpet had stains. room service did not arrive after an hour. after i called, they said the order had been paid for and delivered to another room.

I was grateful for the easy access to departures. It was a short walk. the swimming pool was great with a sauna. the staff was very friendly, a quality i appreciated.

I requested a double bed. I got two single beds pushed together. there was no mattress protector included. the single sheets were too small to tuck in.
