I noticed a slight crack in the sink. it was minor and did not affect my stay.

Fantastic Stay Near the Airport!

Check-in was very simple and smooth. I found my Queen Room Sofa Bed exquisite. The breakfast had lots of choice and the quality was good. I was actually surprised by how clean the rooms were and breakfast starting at 4 am worked great for my early flight!!!

At 8:30 pm, I found that the restaurant was really busy. were noisy, and some tables needed clearing.

The location is super convenient for early Gatwick flights, and it takes only a few minutes to reach the south terminal via the shuttle train. The hotel is easy to find. It is very close to both arrivals and departures. This is a great location!!!

The hotel's proximity to the North Terminal was a huge advantage. I appreciated the gorgeous bathrooms equipped with lovely soap. The room was clean and quite comfortable. Also the access to the breakfast was very convenient.

The air conditioning was preset to 19 degrees, and I was unable to lower it further.

the hotel's proximity to the terminal was VERY convenient. early morning check-in for bags was just a few steps from the entrance. i slept well and woke up at a reasonable hour to have breakfast!!!

the selection of tea and coffee in the room was quite limited with only four milk containers provided.
