The air conditioning in my room was stuck on, i couldn't adjust it at all. that meant the room was always too cold, a bit of a nuisance really. also, the receptionist seemed a bit lost when i asked about local transport. she couldn't give me clear directions to the train station. It was not a helpful experience for a weary traveler, .

The room was a superior queen room. The continental breakfast started early at 5:30 am, a great plus. The vivre restaurant was very good, i think. I especially liked its location near the north terminal. Very useful for an early flight.
My room faced the monorail side. The monorail noise kept waking me up all night it was very loud. I asked housekeeping for something four times. The front desk seemed to have trouble contacting them.

The hotel has direct access to the North Terminal. It took only a few minutes to walk to check-in. I found the room very clean with effective climate control. The shower provided great water pressure. That was refreshing.

the foyer has a excellent design. our Luxury Queen Room felt so spacious. check in was very easy. leaving early was simple, very helpful before a long flight.
the air conditioning was not strong. i could not adjust it enough to make the room cooler. it made sleeping a bit difficult.

The location is superb. A very short walk to the north terminal made my early morning flight stress-free. my classic queen room was well-appointed, i liked the comfortable bed. the staff was very kind and helpful. I received a room upgrade upon arrival and access to a private club lounge.

I had a very convenient experience before my early flight. The hotel has direct access to the North Terminal.. this saved a lot of time and hassle. The restaurant provided an excellent meal, and I particularly enjoyed the variety of dishes. The room included a modern bathroom and a big bed.
The television channel selection was limited. I wanted to watch Sky News, but it was unavailable, reportedly due to weather conditions. The walkway tube leading to the hotel had an intense lemony smell, almost like toilet cleaner.
