The free shuttle to and from the airport worked GREAT. I also appreciated the cleanliness and the spacious room. This made my early morning flight much less stressful. The staff was friendly and helpful, a VERY welcome.
The gym equipment seemed a bit dated. I noticed a limited selection and some machines showed wear. More modern equipment would improve the workout experience.

I found the shuttle service very frequent and reliable, it ran every 20 minutes. the room was clean and spacious. i appreciated the availability of vending machines on almost every floor. It was useful for late-night snacks.
The checkout process had only one machine available. I felt that was slightly inconvenient.

i found the free shuttle to the airport useful. the room was clean and spacious, AND the amenities were perfect for my needs. the coffee and snack bar in the lobby offered great convenience too.
the gym seemed a bit dated, and it didn't have a lot of equipment. i think an upgrade could really benefit this area, because i enjoy a good workout when i travel.
