the staff were helpful despite the hotel being busy.
I was frustrated with the dinner arrangements included in my bed and breakfast package. There wasn't anyone available to explain the procedure upon arrival, and i had to find someone to get a menu myself! the food quality was poor as well as bland. breakfast was also a letdown as it was difficult to find a clean table, and essentials like glasses and cups were missing.

I loved the big bed in my room. It reminded me of a warm hug. the hotel included many chesterfield couches in the reception area. free wi-fi worked perfectly, i could share precious moments with my loved ones.
the parking fee was a bit expensive. i had to pay seven pound a day for a space.
