my room was really clean and spacious, it included great amenities. the bathroom HAD two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, a nice touch. I noticed a regular shuttle bus service was available. the staff was friendly and efficient, I appreciated their help .
the hallway on my floor was a bit dated AND could use some freshening.

the check-in was fast. i requested an early check-in due to my early flight and i got it. the room was clean WITH everything i needed. it was so quiet, and i slept very well. a REALLY nice surprise.
the soft bed wasn't ideal FOR me.

the room included blackout curtains, this ensured darkness. the temperature control worked well. the toiletries were high quality and smelled lovely. TWO sinks were in the bathroom.

the staff helped me get my luggage into my room. a member of staff insisted on helping me get my luggage onto the hopper bus. staff members are very friendly. christina in the restaurant handled her entire section very well.

the hotel is close to the airport, this is convenient. a hoppa bus provides transportation to the door. the soundproofing is excellent in all rooms. the rooms include compact but functional arrangements.

the breakfast includes a variety of options. arminda is a server that takes care of guests very well. pancakes were ordered and the presentation by the chef was great. all the food was delicious and served hot.

The breakfast was indeed amazing. I particularly enjoyed the eggs benedict. Christina, my server at the steak and lobster restaurant, gave personable service. The sirloin steak was cooked exactly as requested, served with fries. The comfortable restaurant added to the dining experience.
The bar prices are a little expensive..

the shuttle ran smoothly, it took me to the terminal without a fuss.
the room was far from great. it looked tired, the carpets had stains, and some of the furniture seemed like it came from a thrift store. the tv remote barely worked, and i struggled to find a channel i wanted.
