Madonna, the receptionist, greeted us with really good friendliness upon arrival. She ensured a warm welcome after our lengthy journey. Madonna demonstrated amazing attention to detail and professionalism. The gym had updated equipment and a good variety of machines, appreciated.
The shuttle service to the airport cost nine dollars for a short distance, and taxis nearby are much cheaper. This unexpected expense added to the overall cost of my trip.

I found the staff helpful upon arrival. the room was a good value considering the location. i also had access to the swimming pool. It was a welcome amenity. the hotel's proximity to the airport proved very convenient for my early flight.
the check-in process was slightly delayed because of the number of guests arriving at the same time.

i found the staff amazing, they helped a lot when my flight got cancelled. i was very late upon arrival, which i appreciated very much. the rooms here are good and the location is excellent if flying from heathrow.. i will definitely stay here again.
I experienced extensive queuing. Nobody could check in until 3. the process was slow, and the key machine did not work at all.

The room was clean and close to the airport terminals. A taxi arranged by the hotel brought me to the airport in under ten minutes. I found the breakfast selection extensive (it was really quite excellent!).
The hotel was quite busy, which led to a slightly longer wait during check-in.
