the spa was a let down. the changing room was untidy with towels scattered about. many hydrotherapy jets in the pool were not working. the stone relaxing beds were right by the door to the outside jacuzzi (i seemed like i was in a wind tunnel). it was not a relaxing experience at all.

i found the reception staff very friendly and helpful. my room was big and spacious. i also appreciated the hot drink making facilities including hot chocolate.

the hotel had no wifi. i had to connect to another wifi and it didn't work. also, my room did not provide slippers or a robe. the freeview channels on the tv did not work.

It prevented outdoor exposure. Breakfast offered a great selection with plenty of choices. The bed was also very comfortable. I slept well .

The double lock on the inside of the entry door did not work properly. I asked staff at reception to confirm I was using it correctly, but I still could not lock the door. This impacted my feeling of security in the room.

the room size was excellent! i appreciated having a fridge that included water. the coffee machine was a nice touch too. the location proved excellent for my needs

The rooms seemed quite outdated to me, especially considering the appearance of the lobby. the lighting was a bit odd. I couldn't use the side light without turning on brighter lights. It kind of defeated the purpose of the smaller lights.
